The waiting-list preview

The email form is a demonstration. This version does not send your email to Kalkula or add you to a mailing list. The value stays in the page while you try the form and is cleared when you submit the preview or close it. The page code does not store it in cookies or browser storage. Your browser may offer its own autofill features.

Before real signups open, this notice will be updated to identify the signup provider, the purpose and legal basis for processing, how long information is kept, and how to withdraw from the list.

Visiting the website

The site is intended to be hosted by Cloudflare. Delivering and protecting a website can involve connection information such as an IP address, request time, requested page and browser information. The actual logging, retention, processing locations and safeguards for this deployment still need to be confirmed by the operator. This notice does not claim that hosting involves no personal data.

Cookies and analytics

The current page code sets no cookies, uses no local or session storage and contains no analytics or advertising scripts. Fonts and images are served with the site. Read the cookie information for more detail. Any features added through the hosting dashboard must be reflected here before they are enabled for visitors.

Your choices and rights

Where applicable, data protection law gives you rights to access, correct or erase personal information, restrict or object to processing, and receive certain information in a portable form. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent. Contact details for exercising these rights must be provided above before launch.

You may also contact Malta’s Information and Data Protection Commissioner or your relevant supervisory authority.

Changes to this notice

This notice will be revised when the operator details, hosting configuration or signup service are confirmed. The date above identifies this draft.
